We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with AAA*42 errors.
Customers are receiving AAA*42 errors.
Next Steps and ETA for resolution:
We have been notified by the payer CareFirst of a system issue which is affecting their ability to respond to real-time Eligibility & Benefits Inquiry. The payer is working diligently to identify the cause of this issue and restore normal processing of Eligibility & Benefits Inquiry. "CareFirst" refers to CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield or Care First BlueChoice, Inc.
Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
