We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with timeout errors. Customers are receiving VT05_035 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: We are seeing an increase in Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing due to Blue Exchange maintenance. We will continue to monitor transactions and update with any changes. Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
