HCSC - Multiple Transactions - Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry, Claim Status Inquiry and Health Care Services Inquiry transactions are now processing normally.
We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry, Claim Status Inquiry and Health Care Services Inquiry transactions failing with AV07/timeout/E2:0/timeout errors. Customers are receiving AV07/AV01/E2:0/VT05_035 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 6/25/2026, 10:49:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We received a notice from the payer that they are experiencing issues. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available. Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
