We are seeing Claim Status Inquiry, Health Care Services Inquiry, HCSR Inpatient Auth, HCSR Outpatient Auth and Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with Timeout/Blank Response/Invalid Response Received errors. Customers are receiving AV07/VT05_035/VT06_036 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: We have reached out to the payer to report this issue.
