We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with VT07_037 errors. Customers are receiving VT07_037 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: We are seeing an increase in Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing due to Blue Exchange maintenance. We will continue to monitor transactions and update with any changes. Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
