We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with timeout/AAA*42 errors.
Customers are receiving AV01/AAA*42 errors.
Next Steps and ETA for resolution:
As of 7/1/2026, 11:21:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved.
We received a notice from the payer that they are experiencing issues. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available.
Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
