We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with timeout/timeout errors. Customers are receiving AV01/VT05t errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 8/28/2025, 2:51:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. Please reach out to the payer for assistance.
