We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with VT06_013/AV07 errors. Customers are receiving VT06_013/AV07 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 7/27/2026, 8:30:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available. Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
