We are seeing Health Care Services Inquiry, HCSR Inpatient Auth and HCSR Outpatient Auth transactions failing with timeout errors.
Customers are receiving VT05_035 errors.

As of 6/17/2026, 2:40:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved.
