We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with Timeout/No Response Received errors.
Customers are receiving AV01/VT05_035 errors.

As of 7/1/2026, 7:40:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved.
