We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with VT06_013 errors. Customers are receiving Invalid Response errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: We are seeing an increase in Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing due to Blue Exchange maintenance. We will continue to monitor transactions and update with any changes. Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
