Multiple Payers - TRICARE WEST REGION, PGBA, TRICARE WEST - Multiple Transactions - Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions are currently unavailable.
We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with VT07_037 errors. Customers are receiving VT07_037 errors. Next Steps and ETA for resolution: As of 9/15/2025, 11:45:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved. We have reached out to the payer to report this issue. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available. Availity continues to monitor for resolution.
