We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing with AAA*80 errors.
Customers are receiving AAA*80 errors.
Next Steps and ETA for resolution:
As of 6/29/2026, 1:20:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved.
We are seeing an increase in Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry transactions failing due to Blue Exchange maintenance. We will continue to monitor transactions and update with any changes.
