We are seeing Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry and Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with timeout/VT02_030 errors.
Customers are receiving VT05_035/VT02_030 errors.

As of 6/29/2026, 11:18:00 AM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved.
We have reached out to the payer to report this issue. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available.
