We are seeing Claim Status Inquiry transactions failing with timeout/timeout errors.
Customers are receiving AV01/VT05 errors.
Next Steps and ETA for resolution:
As of 8/30/2025, 12:00:00 PM we are seeing successful transactions. We are considering this issue resolved.
We have reached out to the payer to report this issue. We will continue to monitor and send updates as available.
